We will work in partnership with you to coordinate the complete property development and delivery process allowing you to design your own facility. This includes controlling the design development, town planning and ultimately the overall management of the delivery of the custom built facility.

Pre-lease option

Burton Contractors are also happy to work with businesses that would prefer to be tenants within the estate. We can finance, design and construct custom built facilities tailored to your business requirements – all you have to do is enter the appropriate lease. This solution allows businesses to expand without the normal requirements of up front capital expenditure.
